scooter proceeds benefit breast cancer research
Published by Crystal April 10th, 2006 in news & gossip, pink stuff.
Now here’s a great concept: Buy a pink scooter and part of the proceeds goes to Breast Cancer research. I wish I could report more, but this is all the info I could find about it on the site:
We at Schwinn Motor Scooters feel strongly that breast cancer awareness and research need improvement. With this in mind, we offer the Hopeâ„¢, a special edition Campusâ„¢ model. A portion of the proceeds from the Hope model sales will support breast cancer awareness and research.
The Schwinn Hope is a 50cc air-cooled 4-stroke with a suggested retail price of $1,499.

I want one!!!
Both my Father and Brother ride sport motor bikes and I now want to carry on the trend but starting with a scooter.
I was just telling them I want a pink scooter and was looking online to see if I could find different Pink Scooters when I came across your blog on my search and then found this post with the now scooter I have my eye on
Not only is it Pink but if I purchase it will also be contributing towards breast cancer (the same reason I got my GHD’S in pink)So I have now found the Scooter for me all I have to do now is save the money
i have one of the pink scooters, they are awesome i get over 100 mpg and it is a great feeling to know that part of the proceeds go towards breast cancer research and awareness , i say go for it ! dj
Hi, i am really nervous to start riding but this bike is so D*mn cute! Excuse my language..
I have been looking at scooters for some time now. I dont travel very far for work at all. Its about 2 miles. A car just seems pointless for me to buy. 2 miles is quite a distance to walk but this would make it faster.. and it will give me some more time for make-up in the morning!!!!
Plus, proceeds go towards fighting breast cancer! Where can you go wrong?!
