Nicky the vesparado

Remember my friend Lesley, of the Metrochicks? Well, fittingly so, she’s passing on her love of scooters to her super cute son, Nicky. With her permission, I just had to show you this picture she sent to me.
Nicky is riding a Chicco Vespa scooter that he got for his birthday. All he needs, I told her, is a set of Harley boots. And maybe a little blue helmet with flames on the side. Heck, let’s go all out and get a miniature Corrazzo hoodie and Joe Rocket gloves, right?
In a couple of years, he can get one of the Razor electric scooters or one of the Vespa GT scale-model scooters (just dropping you a couple of subtle hints, Lesley).

That photo looks like a professional ad for the Chico scooter. That’s what I thought before I read the text. Great lighting, composition, and a cute-as-heck model. I think folks who take baby pictures should have a scooter like that to pose their subjects on instead of whatever lame objects they pose kids on now. Alicia, I bet Chico would love to see that photograph, maybe recruit Nicky to be one of their models!

He LOVES his Chico Scooter!!! Almost as much as he loves Mommy’s Metro! I have to wrestle him off of it every time we walk by to go to the car!
