The new windshield and lower seat are installed, both were very simple. The new seat - also made by Piaggio - is about two inches lower than the original, which makes it a lot easier to flat-foot on stops. It doesn’t have the front hook or built in tool box - but it does weigh quite a bit less. Anyone looking for an original (high) seat, barely used? I’m surprised (pleasantly) at how high the windshield is and am looking forward to proving its worth in the cold weather challenge. I ordered both from Scooterwest.com.
